As experienced shark divers, videographers, wildlife and photo fundi's, living on location in Kleinbaai, South Africa, we have experienced all aspects of the shark cage diving industry that this area has to offer. We have had the pleasure to work in and around The infamous Shark Alley for an extensive period of time. Working closely with International film crews such as National Geographic, Discovery Channel & Animal Planet. We believe that more people need to experience these beautiful creatures in their natural environment. Close-up and personal. Keeping that in mind, to experience it in total luxury!
Your excursion to Geyser and Dyer islands begins at Gansbaai’s picturesque Kleinbaai Harbour which is about a two hours scenic drive from Cape Town and about a forty-five minutes drive from Hermanus.
All dive equipment, towels and snacks are stocked, safety equipment is checked and the boat is fuelled prior to the passengers' arrival..
The excursion takes approximately four and a half hours starting normally at about 8:00am or 11:30am with a light welcome pre trip meal and the briefing before boarding the boat for the 15-20 minute boat drive to the dive site for about four hours at sea, shark cage diving and enjoying the close sightings of the Great Whites. While not in the cage, refreshments are enjoyed while on the viewing deck. The excursion ends with post trip refreshments and
viewing of the DVD of the day's trip.

To qualify for a shark dive permit, which is issued by the South African Government's Department of Nature Conservation, an operator has to comply with a strict set of rules and a code of ethics.
The permit is renewed on an annual basis.
Sea worthiness of the boat, qualifications of the crew, standard of facilities, equipment and cages are all qualifying factors. Vessels and equipment are subject to an annual inspection by Government Officials.
